Active represents the usable ticket count, regardless of redemption status. If a ticket is sold, then transfered, you'll end up with two rows: one active ticket and one transfered ticket. The transfered ticket is no longer usable. We include this information here to help you understand your ticket flow activity, and why the ticket row count might be higher than your active tickets.
