Join us for the unique experience of textile free yoga in a beautiful, art-filled, private venue in Arvada.
About the class: This all levels, slow vinyasa flow yoga class offers a safe, respectful, and inclusive opportunity to practice in a small group without any clothing. When we practice in a textile-free setting, we can experience everything yoga has to offer in our most natural state. This can reveal new sensations, new areas of exploration, new energies, and even new insights!
In this slow flow class we tend to linger in poses, allowing us to savor the spaciousness and sensation of our yoga practice and to bring attention to our breath.
The class is taught in a welcoming, accessible, trauma-informed manner and follows a no-contact policy, with no touch between students or between teacher and students.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, come as you are and connect with your yoga practice in a whole new way.
Depending on the weather, we practice inside in a warm, light-filled space or outside on the large, sunny, private patio!
All attendees must be over 18 years of age. Class size is limited to 8 people.

About the teacher:
The class is taught by Eric, an RYT-200 trauma-informed yoga teacher. Eric brings a deep love of yoga and a belief that the benefits of yoga are available to all beings, exactly as they are. He emphasizes safety, mindfulness, and joy throughout his classes.
What to bring: Your yoga mat (we have a few to loan if you need one), any props you like to use (blocks and blankets/towels are available at the venue), sunscreen if the weather is sunny, a water bottle
About the venue: Station 6 Over 9 is a beautiful, art-filled, house in Arvada that hosts a variety of inclusive and joyous naturist events including pool parties, massage exchange parties, and yoga classes. We seek to foster a community of like-minded individuals.
