Liability Waiver • Refund Policy

By purchasing a ticket to this event, I agree to the following: I, the permittee for the above noted event, assume all risks of injury to all participants in this event whatsoever and agree to hold harmless "Uncommon Nonsense" and associated parties from claims of any nature arising from any activity, including transportation, associated with this event. This hold harmless agreement includes, but is not limited to, any claim due to injury proximately resulting from negligence of "Uncommon Nonsense", its members, agents, participating agencies and volunteers. I consent for my photo to be taken by the event photographer and for those photos to be posted, post-event, to the associated event page on Facebook and social media accounts associated with "Uncommon Nonsense." I agree to treat other attendees with courtesy, kindness, and respect. I agree to respect the house and property by cleaning up after myself (Leave No Trace) and not behaving in any manner that would cause damage. I understand that the smoking area for tobacco products is the back yard/patio area and agree to dispose of cigarette butts/remnants properly. I understand that clothing is not to be worn in the hot tub. (If you don't have a swimsuit, nudity is allowed.) I understand that absolutely no rings, bracelets, or long necklaces are to be worn while dancing on the X-Pole Stage. I agree to only ignite fire flow props in the grassy area of the backyard (next to the workshop behind the house) and only with a designated fire safety human present after I have been approved to do so by a host. I understand that failure to do comply with these rules and guidelines may result in my ejection from the event.

Join us for an evening dedicated to celebrating what we believe to be the essence of what it means to “burn,” uncommon nonsense. We’re excited to gather with our community to decompress from Love Burn (for those who made the ridiculous trek) and those who saved their “sense” for other life stuff.

I bet you’re wondering what to expect for this night of wonderment and debauchery...

* Midnight Charcuterie && Live Auction
With auction items ranging from original, one of a kind works of art to services and experiences that would certainly be considered Uncommon Nonsense for your typical auction block. Our hilarious && eccentric special guest auctioneer has excitedly accepted our request to keep the energy radically ridiculous. Plus, there's cheese....

* Stacked lineup of talented (as fuckkk...) DJ's

* Cozy cuddle puddle room.

* Karaoke room.

* Hot tub (bring your own towel!)

* A variety of aerial and fire flow art performances w/radical participation encouraged, just check in with one of the hosts and respect the rules of the waiver!

* A costume/burner clothing swap.
Those fun, fashionable, quirky, creative things in your wardrobe you don't really reach for, have outgrown, or are just ready to pass along; Give them a chance at a new life by dropping them by the clothing swap room. Dress up is absolutely encouraged!

Refreshments included in ticket price will consist of:
* Limited cocktail options
* Hard Seltzer
* Mocktail Beverage
* Charcuterie Spread
Feel free to bring your own refreshments && we will happily accept additional refreshments if you wish to contribute.

Important Notes
* Bring your own burn cup!
* Bring your own towel/swimsuit if you wish to hot tub. (Nudity is allowed, clothing is not.)
* Tobacco smoking is limited to the backyard/patio areas only.
* No parking on Saint Paul Street. Park on 42nd Ave.
* LEAVE NO TRACE!

This is our first fundraiser!!! Ahhhh, eeeeek! Please interpret that in all the ways. Every penny raised from this event is going towards building and bringing some really fun, interactive, different ideas to the Playa this year && for years to come 🤞🏻.
