SPACE 2435 is not responsible for lost/stolen items, vehicular damage, theft or personal injury. All ID's will be checked upon entry. No participants under the age of 21 after 9PM Mainstage. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for underage drinking. We supply full security but will not be responsible for vehicles on the lot. Please exercise caution and restraint, and party responsibly.

Please dress to impress!! This is an LGBTQIA+ Safe Space, family friendly until 9 PM each event for Art Walk, and we will not tolerate any discrimination based upon gender, sexuality, race, religion, or creed. We seek to foster an open, welcoming Arts Based environment for everyone, regardless of background. Plan accordingly. Any discrimination, uncouth speech, or violence reported will result in participant being ejected and blacklisted from the venue and any future events.

In event of show cancellation, tickets will be refunded within 7 business days. Unused tickets may not be refunded. There are no ticket deals after each Ticket Tier advances. There is no Guest List. There are no Promo codes. Please plan in advance. There will be no drink, or merchandise refunds WHATSOEVER. OMS and Space 2435 are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen purchases or property onsite. We do have a full in house security camera system, but any disputes must be requested via Denver Police Department AFTER an event's closure, during regular business hours.

My gift to the City, via Amari Doll Presents, and Oracle Media Solutions solutions is to create a series that holds a space for the Conversations & Collaboration between ALL of Dencer's scenes, in a beautifully curated, Immersive Experience each month.

Each Month, beginning this April 7th, at 7PM for #FirstFriday #ArtWalk . Under 21 Accessible until 9 PM.
