Shellevate Creates: Wire Wrapping Class

On behalf of ticket holder and any individual or entity associated (defined below), holder waives, releases, and agrees not to sue Shellevate Lounge or any of the related parties with respect to any claims, including wrongful death and/or negligence, that relate to any hazards, risks, or dangers, without any limitations, including any and all damages of any kind, that relate to the event in any way, such as but not limited to, (i) holders personal information, or presence around or within an event (including but not limited to any risks in parking areas or compliance with any security requirements or protocols applicable to said event) (ii) Holder's exposure to injury, sickness, or illness (iii) any interaction between holder and any individual or entity associated with holder at said event (iv) any act or exclusion on behalf of any of the parties in connection upholding protocols, in the case of any negligence, action, or lack thereof. (v) Ticket holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Shellevate Lounge from any claims brought by third parties arising out of the ticket holder's actions or participation in the event. Holder further represents that holder and any individual or entity associated has reviewed and separately understood and agreed to this agreement. "any individual or entity associated" means holder's friends, associates, family members, minors for whom the holder is their parent or guardian, administrators, anyone attending the event, or from whom the holder has obtained said ticket, including but not limited to other persons acting or attempting to act on the holder's behalf.

1. Shellevate Lounge reserves the right to refuse entry into the event or revoke the right to remain in the lounge during said event, without refund, for anyone failing to follow our rules or laws or participating in any misconduct; determined by our discretion. 2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Failing to attend said event, losing applicable ticket, stolen ticket(s), selling applicable ticket will not result in reimbursement, cancellation, or exchanges for said ticket(s). 3. By purchasing this ticket you are agreeing to attend the event without being under the influence of any illicit drugs or overconsumptions of alcohol, as well as not bringing any illicit drugs or alcohol into Shellevate Lounge. Any substance abuse of alcohol use during or prior to the event will result in a permanent ban from Shellevate Lounge and any hereafter events hosted by Shellevate Lounge. 4. Shellevate Lounge will not be held responsible for any personal property brought into the event. 5. Ticket holders assume all risk of losing or damaging personal belongings, bodily injury, and other dangers related to or arising from entry. Including but not limited to flashing lights, drones, loud music, or any other hazards associated with attending a public event. Holder may not hold Shellevate Lounge responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, bodily injury, illness, including but not limited to all other dangers and risks associated with attending a live public event. 6. By purchasing this ticket, the holder understands that there is limited seating. This purchase does not confirm an available seat for the holder. Holders may bring their own seating, at discretion of Shellevate Lounge. Accessible seating is available for guests who require disability accommodations, subject to availability, Shellevate Lounge must be aware of accommodations prior to the event to plan accordingly. 7.Holder grants permission to Shellevate Lounge and all involved in event to distribute, modify, utilize, edit, and/or alter holder's images, actions, and/or statements in any live or recorded video, audio, photograph displays, other forms of documentation, exhibition, transmission, reproduction, or publication made at or of the event, in any medium, whether now known or created hereafter, or any terms of purpose, including but not limited to promotional or commercial purposes, without further authorization, review, or compensation. 8. Holder agrees not to distribute, transmit, or promote misappropriate information, or sell in any form of media, current or hereafter existing, any photo, audio, video, or any form of exploitation or reproduction of the event. Violators will be subject to ejection, in addition to all penalties provided by law, and in this agreement. 9. Holder or individual or entity associated with said holder many not cause ANY DAMAGE to Shellevate Lounge, or partake in any theft at Shellevate Lounge (including but not limited to; shattering windows, breaking chairs, vandalizing, theft of property, destruction of games), otherwise holder will be responsible to pay for anything taken and/or damaged in full. 11. By purchasing this ticket, the holder is aware that they must be 18+ years of age to enter the venue. Holder is also agreeing to follow laws and regulations in terms of kava and kratom consumption.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Failing to attend said event, losing or selling ticket(s), stolen ticket(s), will not result in reimbursement, cancellation, or exchanges for said ticket(s). We reserve the right to refuse entry into any event, revoke the holders right to remain in the lounge during said event, without refund or exchange, for anyone failing to follow the rules, regulations, or laws, or participating in misconduct or illegal activity: determined by our discretion. 2. If at any time you need to leave the event: no refund, exchange, or cancellation will be applicable. 3. If said event is canceled, you will be refunded the ticket price, not including delivery or service fees, within 30-90 days of notice of said cancellation. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the original ticket will be valid for the new date, no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds applicable.
