IYKYK DAO LIABILITY WAIVER This Liability Waiver ("Waiver") is entered into by any individual ("Participant") who engages in any activity, event, or program hosted, organized, or promoted by IYKYK DAO ("the Organization"). By attending or participating in any IYKYK DAO activity, Participant agrees to the terms of this Waiver. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION Participant acknowledges that their involvement in IYKYK DAO activities is entirely voluntary. These activities may include, but are not limited to: art exhibitions, concerts, pop-up events, parties, workshops, outdoor activations, or collaborative installations ("Events"). ASSUMPTION OF RISK Participant understands that Events may involve physical activity, exposure to loud music, use of props, lighting effects, movement through public or private spaces, and social interaction with others. Participant accepts all risks associated with their attendance and participation, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, loss, or property damage. RELEASE OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant hereby waives and releases IYKYK DAO, its organizers, volunteers, artists, venue partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability for claims, demands, damages, losses, or injuries (including death) arising out of or connected with participation in any IYKYK DAO Event. MEDIA RELEASE Participant grants IYKYK DAO the right to photograph, record, or otherwise capture their image, voice, and likeness during Events, and to use such materials for promotional, archival, or documentation purposes without compensation. SUBSTANCE USE Participant acknowledges that while some Events may feature or occur in environments where alcohol or other substances are present, IYKYK DAO does not encourage, supply, or supervise their use. All participants must be of legal age and assume full responsibility for their conduct. MEDICAL TREATMENT Participant consents to receive medical attention deemed necessary in the event of injury or illness during an Event. Participant releases IYKYK DAO from any liability related to the provision or failure to provide such medical treatment. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES Participant agrees to follow all posted, published, or communicated rules of conduct, safety protocols, and venue regulations. Failure to comply may result in removal from an Event without refund or future access. GOVERNING LAW This Waiver shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Denver County, Colorado. By attending or participating in an IYKYK DAO Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the terms of this Waiver. IYKYK DAO TERMS AND CONDITIONS These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IYKYK DAO Multipass platform for event access, ticketing, and participation. By registering for or attending an IYKYK DAO event—whether as a member or non-member—you agree to abide by these Terms. 1. COMMUNITY STANDARDS All attendees are expected to uphold the IYKYK DAO Community Rules. We value respect, consent, inclusion, and creative collaboration. Violations may result in denial of entry, removal from events, or revocation of future access privileges. 2. MEMBERSHIP VS. NON-MEMBERSHIP STATUS **Members** are individuals enrolled via Multipass and contribute \$10/month to support IYKYK DAO. **Non-members** may purchase one-time event access passes but do not receive long-term perks, participation rights in governance, or loyalty-based recognition unless otherwise specified. 3. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION Participation in IYKYK DAO events and programming is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. Attendance does not imply employment, legal partnership, or equity. 4. TICKET PURCHASES & REFUNDS All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled or materially changed. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by IYKYK DAO. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or ejection due to rule violations. 5. MEDIA CONSENT By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by IYKYK DAO and its partners. These materials may be used for promotional, archival, or documentary purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the event. 6. SUBSTANCE USE & CONDUCT Events may include environments with music, lighting effects, or the presence of alcohol or other substances. All attendees are responsible for their personal conduct and assume liability for their decisions and interactions. 7. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS Multipass and IYKYK DAO may use external tools (e.g. ticketing platforms, Discord, Notion). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. 8. CHANGES & UPDATES These Terms may be revised at any time. Updates will be posted to the ticketing page or communicated via event channels. Continued use of your pass or attendance constitutes acceptance of updates. 9. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes must be resolved in Denver County. IYKYK DAO REFUND POLICY This Refund Policy governs all ticket purchases, memberships, and donations made through IYKYK DAO’s Multipass platform or at affiliated events. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the following terms: 1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL All payments for event tickets, memberships, and contributions are non-refundable. This policy helps us keep programming costs low and honor our commitments to artists, vendors, and collaborators. 2. CANCELLATIONS BY IYKYK DAO If an event is canceled by IYKYK DAO for any reason (including force majeure), ticket holders may be offered a refund, transfer, or credit toward a future event at our discretion. Refunds will not be automatically issued unless specified. 3. EVENT RESCHEDULING If an event is postponed or rescheduled, all original tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued unless the new date creates a documented conflict for the ticket holder and is submitted within 7 days of the new announcement. 4. MEMBERSHIP FEES Monthly contributions made through Multipass for IYKYK DAO membership are non-refundable. If a member cancels their subscription, they will retain access until the end of their billing cycle, after which access and benefits will be revoked. 5. TRANSFERABILITY Event tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted. Requests to transfer a ticket to another name must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event and may be approved at the discretion of IYKYK DAO. 6. DISCRETIONARY EXCEPTIONS Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances (e.g., verified medical emergency, duplicate transaction) and must be requested via email within 48 hours of purchase. All discretionary refunds are issued at the sole discretion of IYKYK DAO. 7.
